No.1: To Throw Up For Losing Weight

Although it was stupid of me to do that a couple of days, I ate a meal and threw it up in the bath room. With the way, I was able to lose weight and reduce body fat easily because the body cannot absorb nutrient from the food. However, I looked terrible at that time.

First, my breast got smaller and my skin got sag. Furthermore, I got rough skin. Even after I stopped the way, I could not restore to the former condition, and got fat around abdomen.

I guess many people who work in apparel tend to try the way especially. It really harms your health. I took it for granted at that time because many people around me were trying the way. Absolutely, you had better not try it as it may cause anorexia.

 

No.2: Low-Carbohydrate Diets

Low-carbohydrate diets the way you avoid rice or bread and eat only side dishes, become popular with the general public for a while. However, side dishes do not last long feeling of fullness, so you tend to eat much and conversely gain weight in the end.

Carbohydrate is not only calories but also the source of energy. I realized that balance is the most important for losing weight not stoic ways.

 

No.3: A Diet: To Eat Only One Kind of Food

There are many ways of diets eating only one kind of food such as, only cabbage, only apples or only bananas. I tried only-cabbage diet at only supper.

In the end, I got tired of eating cabbage in three days. As a result of doing the diet reluctantly, I had got in a bad habit of having a midnight snack.

I hated cabbage while going on the diet. So, do not strain yourself.

 

No.4: A Diet

I built up stress while going on a diet.

It was tough to resist eating. I got satisfied with little losing weight and gave up a diet soon. As a result, I gained weight soon because of eating little much food so I was depressed.

 

No.5: Diet Foods

I made a bulk purchase of diet foods.

Although diet foods contain low calories, most of them are not tasty. So I came to eat often between meals and be reluctant to have them. In the end, I spoiled many of them without eating and they cost me much without an effect of losing weight. It was terrible.

 

No.6: To Set a Too Highly Goal

It often happens that people who set a highly goal tend to try to do it in a stoic way to achieve it soon, but be unable to carry on it after a while.  Every time I tried losing weight soon, it did not work.

To set a high goal of losing weight leads to impatience with the slow pace of losing weight. I learned that setting subtle goals and haste makes wastes.

 

No.7: Tried Some Ways of Losing Weight at the Same Time

When I wanted to lose weight as soon as possible before the summer, I was obsessed with losing weight, and which led to building up stress and having a rough skin. I was irritated at that time.

As I could not get the effect I wanted, I got annoyed and ate and drank too much in the end.
