1. Clarify who you want to be

Firstly, write who you want to be?

For example, you may want to be a thoughtful person, a gentle persona, a steady person and so on. Write down specifically and as much as possible what type of person you want to be.

You can write a person you are longing for or you respect. And also write down your reasons why you want to be that person.

You can express your gratitude to people who has supported you, such as people in a club you belonged to in your high school time or your parents who raise you. You can also contribute to society, such as doing something for people facing starvation or demonstrating your abilities in the field of education.

Write down specifically what you want to do or whom you want to be helpful for.

You might want to get objects, such as a new car and a brand new house. Or you may want to get a skills or social status, like the highest TOEIC score or a new job.
