We, human being, are also just an animal. The electric light is invented just 150 years ago and human being can enjoy their night life only within 100 years. Before that, over dozens of generations get up at sunrise and go to bed along with the sunset.

That common sense has changed with in about 2-3 generations.

The common sense, consciousness or act of people might change, but our DNA will never change immediately like them. The human body is made to sleep at night and wake up in the morning.

So, the body will feel tired and the mental will be sick,  if the life cycle is disordered.

People who have a regular life seems young and healthy, even they have no mental illness. On the other side, people who have a disorderly life are not healthy and often have seen the symptom of mental illness.

Person who wake up in the morning and get regular life or person who sleep in the morning, get up in the evening and having a work at night.

The brain likened to a glass. The glass is a n empty, when you wake up in the morning. Among the day, a lot of things are going on. It will be poured “memory”and “fatigue”.  Most of the glass will fill in the evening.
