A mistake and the bitter experience that I want to remember it, and there is not either.

It is not only you to experience shameful failure. The way which anyone goes along by all means. Because if even a senior and a friend, the person of the rich person of yearly income tens of millions of yen whom you can respect around entertainer and you who shine very hard look back toward the past, everybody is full of failure.

It is not necessary to worry just because of bad situation right now.

There is no one who success all the time from the beginning. You experience bad moments and feel bad, then step forward.

When the person becomes an adult, I become more conservative. You were able to simplify it in childhood. You come to walk in place in adventure and a challenge. The interest to a new thing fades. This is extremely natural, but is very disappointed. You choose the status as no challenge, because you dampen your motivation by yourself. From today, you will raise more yourself by reviewing the common.

Step 1, Accept your fault.

The failure bark all the time, you know this word. Also it is flip of the fear. At first what was prohibited? Why has such a thing happened? You review yourself and  accept yourself and your part of failure.

Step 2, Apologize, Introspect and try to fall in.

After you accept yourself, just exhale your feeling. Don’t hesitate of your posture and behavior, just cry feel bad and imagine your bad future. Through your all the negative parts of it.

Step 3, How you can through your guilty conscience.

After step 2, how you can get rid of your guilty conscience. Make 3 parts of it.

・What kind of thinking you can get and, you don need to feel guilty? (Conscious)

・What kind of behavior you should have, and you feel better? (behavior)

・What can you do for the people and feel better? (Habits)

Step 4, Write how you will not get guilty.

It is close to step 3 but it is part of writing. Write some example you should not do.

Step 5, Do what you wrote immediately.

Not an impracticable theory, the delusion of the thought, I put content of STEP4 into an action.

Step 6,  Think the way of continue.

Practice makes perfect, you should keep continue what you do and decide. Think how you can keep continue, first thy to continue within 3 weeks.

For example,

・Make check sheets and score yourself.

・Say what you are going to do the people around you. (Use Facebook or Twitter is also good idea)
