No.1: To Check Your Posture


First, let’s look at yourself in the mirror and check your posture thoroughly. Please check your posture from the front and the side. Looking from the front, the point is whether both your shoulders are located in the same height and whether your head leans to one side or not.  Looking from the side, the point is whether your back is rounded or not and your jaw sticks out or not.

If you realize you have a bad posture, straighten your back flatting your stomach as if your head is being pulled by a string from the ceiling, and pull your chin down.
At first, you may feel the posture uncomfortable, but gradually you will become used to it by consciously maintaining a good posture several times a day and you will become able to maintain a good posture without thinking.

When it comes to rounded-shouldered, there is muscle stiffness in the back of body such as neck, shoulder, around scapula, back, and west, and it leads to reduce blood circulation. To warm these muscles and to relax these muscles will make your posture improve. Put a wet towel in a plastic bag and warm it in a microwave about 40 seconds.  In case it is too hot, you can wrap it with a towel. Disposable heating pad can be of use. And you can also get heating pads at drugstores which you can use it many times by warming it in a microwave. Please be careful to not get burnt.

 

No.3: To Do Stretching Exercise for Pectoral Muscle


Rounded-shouldered makes scapula get separated outward from the back bone.
One of the causes of which is that pectoral muscle has shrunk. Let me show you how to stretch the muscles, firstly, get a bit large towel and put it on the scapula lying on your back. Please adjust the heights of the towel until you feel the muscles and around shoulders are stretching.

Breathe deeply and slowly several times in the posture as I mentioned in the third articles.  It is important to try to throw out your chest as exhaling. To inhale through the nose and to exhale through the mouth is also important. This is not abdominal breathing, so please be careful to not swell your stomach as inhaling.

 

No.5: To Develop Abdominal Muscles


You do not need to have a six-pack ab like a super hero, as long as you have enough muscles that enable you to keep the good posture.

As I mentioned in the first article, straighten your back flatting your stomach as if you were pulled with a string from the ceiling and keep the posture five minutes rather than building up muscles. You can develop abdominal muscles by just this exercise.
At first, 5-minute exercise may be tough for you, so gradually extend the time.

 

No.6: To Develop Muscles of the Back


You do not need too much muscles of the back like a body builder as well as abdominal muscles. Muscles of the back that enable you to keep the posture are enough. Throw out your chest and stretch scapula toward the spin keeping the posture.
Just taking the exercise develops the muscles of the back.

Women are likely to be excited and have a good posture when wearing high heels and getting dressed up.
