Everyone wants to make the body parts beautiful which are noticeable from others, but those parts need a special care in a daily life. One of them is legs. Beautiful slim legs are a dream for everyone.

But it’s very difficult to make them thin, and I had to give up on it. I tried a lot of things to slim legs, but they didn’t work. However, one day I tried a different thing, which worked dramatically.

The thing is that I thought about why my legs became thick. I didn’t think about how I could make them slim. I hadn’t thought about such things before. But if you don’t know the reason, you can’t find a solution.

1: I didn’t sit with a right posture


It makes the legs thicker to sit on your legs. But I needed to do it sometimes for a business reason. Actually, if you sit in a right posture, you don’t have to make the legs thicker.

The reason why the legs get thicker by sitting on the legs is because your weight presses your legs and makes the blood circulation worse. So, there is no problem unless you put your butt next to your legs or in between of your legs.

The right posture makes you tired, and you want to sit in a bad posture. But just be careful not to do it.

 

2: I didn’t know the reason of swelling of my legs


Many people must feel swelling of the legs, but how many of them know the reason of it? I tried to get rid of swelling, but I never tried to find out the reason.

As I looked into it, I found out a bad habit I used to do. The reason was high heels to make the legs look slim, and very tight underwear and a stocking. They make the blood circulation of the legs worse, and cause swelling.

Even if you want to make your legs look thin, don’t wear anything too tight. You should wait until your legs get actually thin.

 

3: I didn’t walk in a right way


People have various ways of walking, but in my case, it was bow-legs. It’s not easy to notice your walking habit, so it’s better to ask your friends or family to check how you walk.

You can have good muscles by walking properly, but bad walk gives you bad muscle. Then what is the good walk? Firstly, step on the ground with your heel. Then put your weight on your toe.

After that, kick the ground with your toe and put them up without bending your knees, and step on the ground with the opposite heel. As I focused on this way of walking, my bow-legs were improved.

 

4: I used to put on shoes that didn’t fit my feet


When you put on shoes that don’t fit your feet, your muscles of the back of your feet aren’t used in most cases. A human is supposed to use the muscles of the back of the feet.

If you don’t use these muscles, the blood circulation becomes bad and the waste stays in your body, which could lead a coldness or swelling. Tight shoes makes the blood circulation bad, and you will feel that your legs are heavy.

When you put on loose shoes, on the other hand, your feet slip in the shoes and therefore you put extra weight on your feet to be stable. I used to put on little too tight shoes to be fashionable. But when I changed my shoes, it worked for sliming legs.

 

5: I didn’t notice that my body was distorted


When your body is distorted, that means the bone structure is distorted, too, and the bones are not placed in the right place. So muscles cover the bones to keep balance. These muscles are unnatural, so it affects the lymph and you get swelling.

Swelling makes the blood circulation worse, and therefore you get fat. I used to cross my legs a lot, and I didn’t sit straight when driving. But as soon as I found this info, I took
manipulative treatment and correct the pelvis by myself at home.

 

6: I used to use an air conditioner too much


I get hot easily, so summer is my least favorite season. I used to keep an air conditioner on all day every summer, but this was a mistake. When you use an air conditioner too much, your body can’t control the temperature and therefore you don’t sweat. Then, the waste can’t be eliminated from your body. If the waste stays in your body, it will produce a toxin, which causes the swelling.

 

7: I didn’t have a proper diet


I have a cold constitution and constipation. I guess many women are suffered from them, too. I used to eat and drink anything I wanted, but it caused constipation. And even worse, I created a reason to make the legs thick by myself.

Constipation means the waste stays in the belly. Lymph can’t eliminate all the waste, so the waste goes around in your body with blood. This causes rough skin and a feeling of fatigue because the waste carries materials of fatigue as well.

If you feel tired and dull, you don’t want to move, and your leg muscles are not used, either. Then metabolism gets worse and it causes the swelling, which causes constipation.
Cure constipation. It will solve swelling and troubles of your body such as rough skin, too.

How was it?

I had a very good feeling from my body just by thinking about the cause of my thick legs and correct it. I never want to go back to who I was.

I introduced you 7 bad habits because I wanted other people to feel the same way I did.
Some people have the same habits, and others don’t. Or there might be other causes.
