You promise to wake up early every night, but end up staying up late and hurry in a morning again. I will tell you what advantages you can have by getting up early.

Did you know that our internal clock is not exactly in 24 hours? We often hear our internal clock is moving in 25 hours, but it is actually in about 24 hours and 10 minutes. This is just an average, so some people are longer and some are shorter.

Because our clock is longer than 24 hours, it slides little by little no matter how well you sleep everyday, and eventually causes sleeplessness. An internal clock is believed to be reset with sunlight. The brightness of morning sunlight is more than hundred thousand luxes.

People often study for exams or qualifications in night. Many people believe that they can concentrate more during night, but night is very bad time in terms of brain’s work efficiency. You can concentrate because it is quiet in night, not because you have clear mind.

I have mentioned some advantages for eating breakfast, and it is also effective for losing weight if you eat properly 3 times a day. If you don’t eat, you will lose muscles and lower the efficiency of metabolism, resulting in body condition difficult to lose weight.

Also, metabolism is most active between 22:00 to 2:00. Growth hormone that helps metabolism is secreted while we are asleep, so staying up during this time avoids you from recovering from fatigue and also causes early aging. It is inevitable to get up early and go to bed early for healthy body.

 

Keep mental stable


Once you have a habit of getting up early and expose to morning sun light, amount of brain chemical secretion, called serotonin, increases. Serotonin keeps our brain from getting tired, improves concentration, gives us feeling of fullness and has many other effects.

Also you feel natural high by staying up late or staying up all night, because the amount of dopamine secreted in your brain increases. The morning sunlight has the effect to control secretion of dopamine as well. Therefore your mentality will be always stable and can spend pleasant day. It can prevent depression, so if you feel your mentality is unstable recently, try going to bed early and getting up early.

 

Don’t be frustrated


Secretion of serotonin also restrains frustration. Stresses are always around us and we are likely to leave them, but they are strongly related to many diseases. The best thing for our health is to live calm, peaceful days.

Also sleeplessness narrows your view. Once you are frustrated with one thing, you can’t get out of it and makes it difficult to change mind. Frustration is spread to people around you and creates uncomfortable atmosphere in your office. It is necessary to go to bed early and get up early for having good days.
