1. Sit down to a floor or chair and be relax.
2. Put your right hand’s thumb to nostril of right nose, and right hand’s ring finger to nostril of left nose. Put your first finger and middle finger between the eyebrows.
3. Take a breath out all of them from your nose.
4. Caulk right nose with your thumb, and take a deep breath in from left nose.
5. Caulk left nose with your ring finger, and take a breath out all of them from right nose.
6. Do it in alternate shifts a few times.

Do it in alternate shifts when your body is good condition. If you want to warm your body, do it from right nose. If you want to leave heat from your body, do it from left nose to maintain your body condition.

2. Open your chest with focus on your stomach.
3. Gear up for your hypo gastric region, and take a breath from nose and take a breath out from nose.

5. Back to normal breathing slowly after doing this for 3 minutes.

1. Splay your legs and sit.
2. Hold heel of right leg to side of hip. Move left leg to outside of right genicula.
3. Take a deep breath, and stretch your back.
4. Taking a breath out, and twist your upper body for left side. Keep your right arm onto left genicula. Up your upper body, and down your both shoulder.
5. Taking a breath, and pet upper body back to the right spot.
6. Do it 3 times each right and left.
