You can try it as watching TV. Let me introduce one more exercise.  First, lie on your back, lift up both your legs with feet closed trying to strain abdomen, and draw letters like “A” B” “C” “D” “E”.

Lift up the legs by 45 degrees. At first, the exercise seems quite hard. But try to increase letters as used to doing it.

The exercise makes you feel exhausted but have an immediate effect. So you can get the effect soon. I recommend you try it after taking a bath because you have a good blood circulation at the time.
